A great chill place on a Sunday at 1. Music was actually fantastic and at a perfect level. Service was friendly and my cider was delicious and only $6!

It's a crowded but comfortable place so long as you find a place to sit down. Fortunately, there's a downstairs area with additional seating. The room design harks back to an earlier time, reminiscent of the post WW II era for some reason, or so it appears. The bartenders don't skimp on drinks poured neat and prices are reasonable for San Francisco. One thing, it's cash only, that's the only drawback. Otherwise the noise level isn't intense and it's a warm and cozy bar.
